Okay
It is a bit boring with the words but if you think about the story in your head, it is really good
Beautifully written. A must for lovers of literature.
An incredible story teller, I’ve wanted to read this for some time and I’m so glad I finally did. It’s so beautifully descriptive, poetic and romantic in the telling of such a surreal set of stories. I’ve recommended this to umpteen of my friends both young and old.
A Sheer Classic
I love to read this to my children at bed time! Such a great story with well written characters and a nostalgic, comforting tone.
It’s true that some parts haven’t aged very well, but these are very minor and are completely and utterly outweighed by the greatness of this classic.
Kenneth Graham is a true literary wonder in my opinion and this, to me, was his finest work.
