Can be Read Time and Again

Life is lived at different paces and this book is perfectly paced for it’s subject matter. Finely observed and wittily phrased, it tackles ageing and loss thoughtfully and with humour. I’m reading it for the second time and enjoying it immensely, the author has a wonderful way of summing up people and situations with a few well chosen words and I find myself storing away bits to recount to friends. Anyone who enjoyed “Elizabeth is Missing” or “Eleanor Oliphant (etc)”will enjoy this and I thoroughly recommend it.
