Ash and Amelia. I was a Team Cole girl originally. But that said, I wanted a HEA for Ash. I just didn’t see how that could turn around. I was really happy with how it turned out in reality. The pace of the story and back-and-forth time frame worked and the story flows really well. Amelia was a worthy badass heroine and the light-ish touch around a heavy emotive subject and how Amelia overcame it was nicely handled.
Overall, this 4th instalment was a great read and one I really enjoyed! I always know with K.A. Linde I’ll get a book laced with angst, emotion and romance. This has that in droves!
