Absolutely Beautiful and Poignant Story
This is book three in The Donovans : Sweetbriar Ridge series and it is Chloe and Tanner’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Chloe is a kindergarten teacher in Sweetbriar Ridge and loves her job and after breaking up with Evan and it being the school break she was at a loose end and bored but everyone was so busy that Chloe was looking forward to starting a new term at school which will keep her occupied. Tanner used to be a famous skier but decided to retire even though he still did some endorsements and as he is also a qualified teacher he was looking for a job but after three months he was getting frustrated because he was a overachiever and also he had left it too late in the academic year for a teaching position in the grade that he wanted so when he was offered a job as a kindergarten teacher in Sweetbriar Ridge he wasn’t sure if he wanted the position but in the end he decided to take it because it would give him a step on the teaching ladder and also hoping that he wasn’t making a big mistake. When Chloe and Tanner meet things didn’t go well at all because he was pushy and seemed to look down on everyone but the more time that Chloe and Tanner interacted with each other and spent time together the more there attraction and chemistry grew and strong feelings started between them but like all relationships there are many ups and downs and it was definitely not plain sailing between these two but I am glad that they managed to communicate and said how they feel so that they could get the happiness and future that they both wanted and deserved. Wow I really loved this book so much and the story pulled you in right from the first page and kept your attention throughout the whole book and I was unable to put this book down because it was so addictive and had you turning the pages to see what happened next and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series.
