Customer Reviews
Great book to find yourself back on the right path to good health
The book has done a great job on covering issues such as mental health, how to deal with anxiety, how to understand your feelings and so much more. Some of the content did seem to be repeated but it seemed to be used in a way which made sense. However, she could’ve fused 2 different points into one as the basis was the same. Other than that, great book which I would recommend.
Amazing book with amazing tools and prompts
Amazing book with amazing tools and prompts to help you think about different aspects of your life. I can honestly say this book has helped me grow and work on my mental health.
Overrated
Extremely overrated. Very basic.
