Lost & Found & Lost Again

This is a journal, written with the benefit of hindsight, that outlines some of the struggles on a spiritual journey that has lasted over thirty years.

It covers some of the key lessons about: Death; Freewill; Wholeness; Past lives; Karma; Discipline; Friendships; The Christos and provides some stepping stones to hopefully assist others who might be considering such a journey for themselves.

Throughout it interweaves personal history and background in order to place the lessons and learning in context.

This is just a snapshot of a moment in time, for this journey is as infinite as it is beautiful and this journal records but the first few steps.
