This book is written in a journal format and records an imaginary conversation with a spiritual being. It records a daily journey of exploration without censorship or underplaying the very human struggle. Finn has been involved in spiritual work for many years. She was lucky enough to find a deep trance channel who gave voice to very inspiring spiritual Teachers who guided her towards crystals and healing and encouraged her to develop her own inner voice and guidance. Aided by the lockdown this daily journal records her most recent inner journey which augments her spiritual knowledge with her own soul based inspiration and reproduces that in a format that is accessible to all.
