Let the Games Begin is the fourth in the short story collection. It focuses on a young doctor Kit who works for the ARMY as a researcher. The team she is on finds themselves in the annual war games paired up with two other teams. She also has to deal with certain intrusions into her personal life from her family. What she finds out changes her life, when the games begin.
