PROCEEDINGS. - Gaw sued UDOT, Lingle, and Roadrunner. Gaw was deposed and changed the transcription of her deposition. The district court suppressed the changes to her deposition and granted summary judgment to UDOT. The jury found Gaw 75% and Lingle 25% liable. Gaw appealed.
