Subscription to Murder

When charming historic Meadowood opens its brand-new history museum, excitement ripples through the community. But the glittering grand opening takes a dark turn when a descendant of one of the town's founding families, is murdered at the town's celebration masquerade party. The investigation falls into the capable hands of Sheriff Doug Gardner, but his sharp-eyed wife, Meredith "Merry" Gardner, has instincts of her own—and a nose for mystery that won't quit.

Merry discovers a cryptic message hidden in an antique desk.
