The Last Lap

Twenty years after walking across their high school graduation stage, four estranged friends return to the Rust Belt graveyard of Oakhaven, Indiana. Reeling from stalled careers, hollow marriages, and lingering regrets, a late-night dare pulls them back into their teenage haunt: Skateland USA, an abandoned roller rink slated for demolition at the end of the week. Armed with a case of cheap beer and retro quad skates, they step onto the polyurethane floor hoping to outrun their adulthood.

Instead, the lights snap on, the vintage soundboard roars to life with warped nineties pop, and the floorboards grab hold. Their skates fuse to bone, driven by a kinetic nightmare that forces their bodies to lap the oval track at lethal speeds. To survive the night, they must confront the unresolved betrayal that shattered their group decades ago—before the rink's twisted programming calls the final dance.
