Silent Tide

The tide brings everything back

DCI Boyd has left London behind for a new life in Hastings. Newly appointed to East Sussex CID, he barely has time to settle in before his first case lands on his desk: a wealthy local businessman and his young wife have vanished in the English Channel. Their yacht has been found. They haven't.

What remains onboard suggests something terrible happened at sea. But as Boyd begins to unravel the couple's final movements, a trail of clues points towards secrets someone would rather keep buried. And the deeper Boyd digs, the closer the danger comes to home. Because the sea isn't the only thing keeping quiet. Someone knows what happened aboard that yacht.

Some secrets are worth killing to keep silent...
