Twenty-two year old struggling musician Lori Adams is told that she has a month, at most, to live. At first, she thinks that’s all she has to deal with, and desperately prays to God to let her live. She wasn’t expecting Him to answer in such a straightforward way as throwing a gorgeous, blue-eyed angel onto her roof. The angel Mahonri is sent to guard Lori and keeps her captive in a damp cave far from civilization. At a loss of how to escape her illegal existence, Lori faces a future of eternal confinement, void of any purpose or hope. But her captor, Mahonri, doesn't wish to give up on her happiness and is oddly drawn to her, as are those who wish to use her powers for evil. Lori falls into the hands of Satan, who wishes nothing more than to ensnare her within the hell of his arms forever. Lori is desperate to escape, to find a way back into the graces of the God she more hopes in than knows, and to finally find a purpose in life, but can she find her way out before the demon lord coerces her into submission?
