This book is the second in the author's poetry collections describing what her journey felt like to healing her own heart. She experienced a lot of trauma at a young age, so instead of looking to others to help her heart heal, she found that strength within herself. A poetic journal of inner child healing that elaborates on what this transformation felt like to her. The author learned that even if life messes you up from the inside, there is always a way to make yourself better.
