Chemistry

This book is an overview of the concepts behind Chemistry.  It looks at states of Matter, the basic structure of the atom, The Periodic Table and how it is structured, as well as how to read chemical formulas, The Conservation of Matter and simple balancing of equations.  This book is designed to align with the Maine Learning Results, AAAS’s Benchmarks for science Literacy and provide the foundational knowledge required to meet the NGSS.
