Combat Chi Sau

Chi Sau is a form of partnership practice where two people engage each other with one, two, or three limbs. Combat Chi Sau uses the Precision Wing Chun Method of Study to train you how to apply what you learn from Chi Sau to self defense situations. Basically, you have a gravity line surrounded by the core muscles of your body. Your attacker also has a gravity line. When you come into contact in a fight an energy bridge is formed between your gravity line and your attacker’s gravity line. Combat Chi Sau teaches you how to maintain a superior leverage on that energy bridge. With this leverage you can dominate an attacker and knock him down.
