Legend has it that Wing Chun was created by a woman over a century ago. It is the martial art that Bruce Lee learned from Ip Man before coming to the United States.

Precision Wing Chun is a method of studying traditional Wing Chun using 3D Graphics.  


This book is an in depth study of the first Wing Chun training set called Sil Nim Tao, or The Little Idea. You will learn the exact bone alignment for all 108 positions. You will also learn how to move between the positions efficiently.
