Subservient to the Authority of Central Planning and trapped within by a two-thousand-foot wall, every facet of human life is structured to ensure compliance with authoritarian dictums. A good citizen is an obedient citizen.

For Jack Moore, though, his monotonous life of blind servitude is turned inside out when he learns there is a small band of rebels who have chosen to disobey.
