This is incredibly important, and I hope that she continues in this vein as a refreshing change from a self-help tome from a motivational guru.
The habit stacking formula is: 'After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT]. At first I swooned and adored him, then something changed. Plot-wise, the story moves quite quickly, but all too often I thought there were far-fetched developments that had me rolling my eyes in despair.
It is a book about family and grief and relationships; it is about emotional baggage and how it influences our choices throughout our lives. The biggest part of it, the habit loop, was explained so poorly that I didn't really grasp it yet alone try to incorporate it into my life. It is filled with dozens of science-backed and actionable nuggets of wisdom.
