Kerry is a female pyrotechnist, rare for London. She's working all hours of the day, trying to develop a new type of firework, when she is interrupted by a man... Her friend, Adam. They are just friends and nothing more. They have lunch and drinks like usual. Talk about nothing in particular. She didn't want to be in a relationship since she's been badly hurt in her past. But Adam asks her to pretend to be his fiance, to make his father, who was in a critical condition, feel better. But something starts to shift between them...
