the theory of trespass. From a verdict and judgment for the
defendant on all six counts the plaintiff has duly perfected his
appeal to this court. The twenty-eight specifications of error assigned by the
plaintiff concern trial errors consisting of rulings upon the
admissibility of evidence, instructions given and refused, and
argument by counsel before the jury.
