Saadeh v. Stanton Rowing Foundation

Robert A. Lewandowski, the former husband, timely appeals an order denying his post-dissolution petition to change primary residential custody of the parties child from the former wife, Jean Lewandowski n/k/a Jean Langston, to him. The former husband maintains that the trial court erred in concluding that there had been no substantial change of circumstances. We agree and reverse.
