I started baking cakes early with the Suzy Homemaker toy over by Topper Toys. I learned to cook alongside my mother next. And then both my parents and other relatives shared their recipes with me. I later found out that I needed a medical diet, a gluten free diet. And this caused me to start making recipes from scratch using gluten free ingredients. I grew up around international neighborhoods, and have always like the cuisines of various countries. I collected some recipes from friends as well. This book is the culmination of learning about and creating varied culinary foods with an emphasis on health.
