McDONOUGH, Chief Justice. Respondent, J. William Randall, brought an action in equity for specific enforcement of an alleged oral contract by the terms of which Sarah P. Randall Brereton, his aunt, promised to bequeath to plaintiff bank stock and real property in consideration of services to be rendered by him.
