James Ray Woolridge v. State Texas

Appellant was convicted of murder and punishment was assessed by the jury at confinement for life. Tex. Penal Code Ann. ? 12.42(d). The Court of Appeals affirmed. Woolridge v. State, No. 2-90-015-CR (Tex. App.--Fort Worth 1990) (Not published). We granted appellants petition for discretionary review wherein appellant contends: The Court of Appeals erred in holding that it is improper for defense counsel to voir dire prospective jurors on their definitions of "reasonable doubt." We will reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals.
