This book forces the reader to confront Regina’s humiliations, shame, and redemption. It is an emotional outpouring of autobiographical stories with images that are intense, cruel, and yet tender, where a librarian, an old woman in a long dress, and a man named Darin weave together a story that ultimately links the physics of time with existentialist philosophy.

Not everyone will cry in the same way: some will remain silent, others will feel anger, others will want to embrace someone. What matters is that no one will remain indifferent.

Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, and Cioran, among others, appear as accomplices in the delirium. Every page unsettles, provokes, wounds… yet also opens a portal toward the freedom of accepting everything, even the unbearable.
