Now my favourite book
This book and author is a god-send. The book is catchy from the beginning and has quite the personal touch and some jokes too! I felt as though I have gained a friend in Gwendoline. This book has enlightened me on why I think, feel, act the way I do and how I can do those in a healthy, manageable, and less-painful way. I finished the book in 2 hours although some parts were meant to have a weekly exercise. I just couldn’t put it down. I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels lost, but is eager to take ownership of their mind and be their best self. Thank you, Gwendoline, for the genius that you are. This is by far the best book I’ve read in my life (Although this may change after I’ve read your other books ☺️). I’m off reading The Book of Knowing now. I hope whoever reads this book finds some answers that you didn’t think you needed. Kia Ora. Kia Kaha. Ka pai, Gwendoline.
