God’s Work of Salvation

God’s work of salvation is centred on the redemptive work of Christ, the Lamb of God who took away the sin of the world. His salvation is imputed to us when we acknowledge we are sinners and when we believe that Christ died for our sins. Just what God accomplished for us in Christ at salvation, and how He did it, is worthy of much contemplation.

           

By considering what the Old and New Testament Scriptures say concerning salvation, the author conveys to the reader just how and what was accomplished when God saved us from the depths of darkness and brought us into His light and glory.
