Descripción editorial

A jury found William Harris guilty of murdering his estranged wife, Wenona*fn1 Lynn Harris, and assessed punishment at sixty-five years' imprisonment and a $10,000.00 fine. Harris raises three points of error on appeal: (1) factual sufficiency; (2) the admission of hearsay evidence; and (3) the trial court's failure to hold a hearing on the admissibility of expert testimony. We affirm the judgment.
