Russia's president wants him dead and she won't stop until he is.

Vit Partenkas, head of the Lithuanian watchdog group Baltic Watch, believes the Russian elections are already decided. Then a hacker sends him explosive videos of Kremlin riot police crushing opposition rallies. When Vit goes public, he paints a target on his own back.
