Annex 1 - Experiments on Learning in Yoga

In this annex I present two theoretical-practical experiments that seek to explore the impact of the teacher's instructions as a facilitator of the experience, stimulating natural learning. Natural learning is honoring the intelligence of the body, the innate ability we all have to learn from observation, from the sensations in the body and from the results of our experiences.
