HARRIS, Judge. Appellant was convicted of robbery and sentenced to twenty years in the penitentiary. He was found to be indigent and was represented at arraignment and trial by a court-appointed lawyer. He pleaded not guilty. After conviction, he gave notice of appeal and sentence was suspended pending appeal. He was furnished a free transcript and new counsel was appointed to represent him on appeal.
