(1) This is an appeal from a March 1, 1991, decision of the Superior Court granting a motion to dismiss as to the appellee, Mary E. Sherlock ("Sherlock") and a motion for summary judgment as to the appellee, Lawrence A. Ramunno ("Ramunno"). Sherlock and Ramunno were two of five defendants named in a civil action filed by the appellant, John H. Brokenbrough ("Brokenbrough") as a result of Brokenbroughs conviction for delivery of cocaine. The appellees have separately moved to dismiss the present appeal as untimely.
