M. A. Shaw v. Kennedy

Aggrieved by the take-nothing summary judgment rendered in his action to recover contract damages from Kennedy, Ltd., Jerbo/Kennedy Corp., and Jerry M. Reinsdorf, and to foreclose mechanics and materialmans liens, M. A. Shaw, individually, and d/b/a Contractors Co-op Co. and d/b/a 3-C Roofing Company, contends, by four points of error, that issues of material fact exist to vitiate the summary judgment. Disagreeing, we will affirm.
