When preparing to speak about human laws, I really should say first what the term human laws means and then what types of laws fall under this term. I consider human laws to be those laws that are conceived and promulgated not only through human beings but also by human beings and human ingenuity, whether conceived from divine law, natural law, or even their own heads.
