St. Patrick's Day Shenanigans

Bria wandered the streets of New Orleans as the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade marched down the main street in the opposite direction. This was the second of the three parades that would happen during the week-long celebration. Tonight was the second block party, and she couldn’t wait to see what kind of trouble she could get in to.
