I appreciate the deep dive into the Māori cultural sense of community and the natural world. Being a care taker of our land water sea and ocean. A 360 perspective of our physical wellness and mental health and acuity. Much Aroha and the importance of Whakapapa of all those who have contributed to our current state of presence and our connections to our children, family, friends and community
