A Guide to Having a Brain
I don’t typically review books but this one deserved it.
While there are many books on the topic, this one stands out to me as a most fascinating and scientifically grounded view of the incredible interconnectedness of our thoughts and our physical reality.
If you’re like me, and not a neuroscientist, some chapters might be challenging at first, but that’s the idea! Make the effort to understand, and the knowledge you gain in the process will be priceless.
This book and the 5-step Neurocycle process she teaches are a powerful “guide to having a brain”. I’d highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get the most out of their life.
Her voice is boring and this is 5 hours too long
Have no idea what she’s talking about. This is the worst book I’ve listened to so far. She spends so much time talking about research and not enough time on practical solutions. She talks about the problem and never gets to the point. Half way thru and want to give up on finishing
