Good content, poor narration
The content is good, but not as eye opening as “The Goal” - maybe it just isn’t as applicable to me as I had hoped. My only real complaint is that that each chapter was read by a different narrator so the “voice” of each character kept changing. It was difficult to follow and I would have much rather have the different narrators read dedicated characters.
