Not just for women... but mostly about women
I assumed this was a book for all executives Parts are, but the balance is heavily weighted toward women. It takes a moment to realize it but the body of the book offers little for men in terms of why a man would purchase the title. That said, I continued the book and I rated it exceptionally high because it was great reinforcement for understanding bias. I believe I have more insight toward the obstacles (sometimes outright walls) that women face as executives because of the book and I don’t regret the time invested.
