An Amazing & Wonderfully Captivating Story & Listen🎧

Adriana Locke pens another ten star romance novel, since five stars is just not enough for this beauty of a story. First off, I love the Carmichaels, the camaraderie amongst the siblings is heartwarming and the shenanigans are hilarious, thanks to Banks aka Sparkles, who is a needy and comedic clown, I mean man boy. The books in this series stand on their own, but each one is just as amazing as the other, so I recommend them all. Fluke is Jess and Pippa’s story,  is a friend’s to lovers romance with a unique spin on the fake relationship trope. Pippa is trying to advance in her job and while pitching her idea her competing colleague taunts and she winds up telling a white lie, that she was married at one time. So now she needs to find herself an ex-husband, one who would go with the flow. Jess has had a thing for Pippa for as long as he can remember, but she was not interested in relationships or being more than friends. When she tells him what she needs, he knows this is the perfect opportunity to find his way into her heart and jumps on it, but he has his work cut out for him, her family did a number on her self-esteem and worthiness. I loved how everything played out in this book, the writing and plotting is superb and the story flows naturally and has the perfect balance of drama, humor, charming and heartwarming moments, heartfelt emotions and a steamy romance, Jess-Vibe and all. Adriana Locke, thank you for another wonderfully entertaining story, the laughs and emotional rollercoaster ride. 

🎧📚🎧  And for the fabulous narration, Samantha Brentmoor and Ryan West were the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that suited their character’s persona perfectly, making them believable in every role they played. Brentmoor’s PIppa was perfection, she took the role and made it her own, grasping every side of her personality, from her convictions to her strength and determination. Ryan West did the same for Jess, caring, determined and swoon worthy. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters and handling the witty dialogue, landing the humor effortlessly without missing a beat. They set the perfect tone for he story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.
