Beware: corrupt file - will not play on iPod or iPhone
This audio book is delivered in two files. The first file (part 1) works. The second file (part 2) will not play on iPod or iPhone.
Okay, but not very good.
This book is probably okay for someone who doesn't know anything about investment, and wants to get some idea and learn some of the commonly used terms. However, most of the examples or suggestions are not good. You cant take this book too literally and use its contents as a guideline to build your own portfolio. It is an okay first book.
Some of the suggestions in the book are already invalid in the current economic state. For example, while speaking of diversification and investing in foreign stocks, the author speaks sarcastically that while investing if you wanna worry about a global economic slowdown, you might as well worry about the meteors hitting the earth someday, (as if it is not even a possibility).
The book lays too much stress on Stocks and Mutual Funds.
Great ideas, but second file doesn't work
Just like the last reviewer, the second file doesn't play on my iPod or iPhone. It'd be helpful to have a solution because this has been a highly informative and well presented audiobook so far.
