Not worth the money
This wasn’t the worst book I’ve ever heard/read, but it was pretty close. The author struggled to move the plot along, so it ended up poorly written. The title character came across as wimpy and petulant. The “hero” kept being blamed for being chauvinistic (which he wasn’t) and was underdeveloped. The relationship between the two main characters felt as forced and awkward as the author’s description of their lovemaking. There were even a few times I simply had to wince at the flowery, grandiose descriptions that were used. All in all, I’d suggest investing your money elsewhere.
