Publisher Description

From Amazon #1 bestselling author Amy Daws, comes an all-new small town, spicy romance sure to hit you in the gut with laughs, feels, and mountain man grunts.

Help Wanted: Grumpy Mountain Man seeks baby momma. Job is an incubator position only. Surrogate must be impervious to grunting in the form of communication and nosey brotherly neighbors. Rustic mountain range housing available upon request.

I wanted to pummel my irritating brothers when they posted their own version of a wanted ad to help me with my life.

But I can’t fault the results once the right woman lands on my lap.

Becoming a single father is not a decision I made lightly. In fact, it’s the biggest decision of my entire life.

Which is why when I interview Trista, I know she’s perfect.

She’s wild, she’s opinionated, she wears cowboy boots. Even my pet goat loves her…

She’s the exact type of person I was holding out for.

And to my great horror, I realize on our first night of attempting this baby making dance…when the lights are low, the cheap wine is flowing, and the home insemination supplies are laid out on the kitchen counter…

I want to do a lot more than just make her my surrogate.

I want to make her mine.

Nine Month Contract is a 116,000 word small town, pregnancy, single dad wanna be standalone romance.

Daws is back and I am here for it!

I am so excited to see Amy Daws back in the game! Nine Month Contract was just what the doctor ordered to get me out of a reading slump. It’s hilarious and laugh out loud. I live for the witty banter and snark. The steam level is purely combustible and I am here for it! I absolutely love the fact that it’s the guy seeking a surrogate to fulfill his dream of being a father. Wyatt and Trista are perfect for each other. Leave it Daws to change the game and make it more fun!

Not gonna lie, I fell in love with all the Fletcher men when we met them in Last on the List. I’m over the mountain that Daws is bringing them to the spotlight.

There are a lot of great narrators out there. Then there are what I consider, voice actors and these two are *chef’s kiss*. Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton are a dynamic duo! I love the way they brought this entire cast of characters to life.

I Love Sweet But Psycho Wyatt

4.5 rounded to 5 on Goodreads and retailer websites. Nine Month Contract by Amy Daws is the first book in her new Mountain Men spinoff series. Wyatt Fletcher wanted to become a single dad through surrogacy, but was having difficulty finding a surrogate he felt comfortable with. Then his niece Everly found Trista, who she hoped would become more than her uncle’s surrogate. Trista wanted to start an animal sanctuary for the animals that traditional rescues couldn’t take. Knowing she would need capital to make that happen, she decided that she would meet her goal by becoming a surrogate. She never wanted children of her own, so felt that she would be a perfect candidate, and Wyatt had offered use of an apartment over a barn, where she would be able to keep the potbellied pig who had gotten her evicted. It was a match made in heaven as Trista and Wyatt got to know and like each other. The fact that they had steamy, hot chemistry wasn’t so bad either! Reading this book was like diving into a decadent dessert. It was full of sweet, ooey gooey feelings, healing from past traumas, lots of spice, and a requisite happy ending. There were moments I laughed out loud, moments where I cried, and I finished feeling warm and contented. I love the books that leaver the reader with an overwhelming sense of rightness. Trista was a storm of energy and love landing in the midst of Wyatt and his younger brothers with her miscellaneous, oddball strays, gradually transforming Fletcher Mountain into more. Wyatt was a strong, quiet, gentle alpha-giant who was “sweet, but psycho” as Everly put it: a possessive, attentive, giving caveman that I couldn’t help but fall for. If you enjoy he falls first, taboo relationship, grumpy/sunshine, age-gap, Curvy FMC, small town contemporary romantic comedy then you will love this story as much as I did. I am voluntarily writing this honest review after reading an advanced complementary copy of this book thanks to the author, Amy Daws.
