Errors in audiobook

There is at least one part of the audiobook where it goes silent and you don’t hear portion of the content

Not so good

This book is ridiculous. I’ve been in sales for over 25 years. I try to be continually learning new techniques so I listen to many sales books yearly. I’m sure this author believes what he is saying, but it won’t leave you with anything more than you started with.
