Love, connected and presents happens when I watch my thoughts as thoughts. Hearing Eckhart easily allows this. When I surrender to my frustration, my situation changes. I used to have wait until everything went wrong in my life before I would let go. Now I practice letting go and watch my ego seeking attention pass. Thank you Eckhart, I’m so grateful.
