The worst real estate book I’ve ever read
there are so many other books out there worth your money than this one. It’s written like it’s a children’s book, and gives very very minuscule valuable information. He states the most outright obvious advise, the only reason I’d I’ve ever say read this book is if you’ve know little to nothing about real estate. if you are knowledgeable in anyway about real estate and trying to become more advanced, DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK.
