Life changer

I have read so many books to help my ambivalence with my troublesome marriage (including Lundy’s other book- Why Does He Do That), and this book could not have been more spot on with what I have been experiencing and feeling. From immaturity to personality disorders all the way to addiction and abuse… it breaks down all of the factors that create continual heartbreak and helplessness in a relationship. The lessons are informative and educational, explained in a way that makes sense of the characteristics one might be experiencing that make it impossible to ignore or deny.
From front ti back, this book was EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I have never felt more heard or validated with my marital hardships. Please do yourself a favor and read this book if you are struggling in your marriage as this book as brought undeniable (& much needed) clarity, understanding, peace and hope to my life.
