Good book bad narrator!
I really enjoyed the content of this book, it's a very simple and practical guide that avoids judgement and gives coping strategies.
Disliked the narrator though, I hated having to hear her wet mouth sounds that accompanied some of the chapters - I actually had to skip some.
Don't like the narrator at all
It's very poor quality when it comes to the narrator. Content is simple and ok.
