I implemented the 5 second rule, right after reading this book. It's helped me to work on the little things in my life. I'm dealing with my messy desk instead of surfing the web. I'm cooking earlier and feeding my family in a timely fashion. I'm decluterring my house which I totally gave up on years ago. I'm returning phone calls, I'm starting to sort through my bills and finances. I'm tackling those "little" things that bring so much stress to my life.
